We will serve a variety of select, quality wines paired with four fabulous dishes created by Chef Sarah C. Join us for a unique fusion of wine, food and brews. 1ST COURSE : Charcuterie Plate - Assorted meats, cheeses, jams, and pickled veggies served with a crusty baguette PAIRED WITH : A classic red blend or lighter merlot 2ND COURSE : Shrimp and Scallops Florentine - Succulent shrimp and scallops sautéed with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a white wine sauce and tossed with linguine PAIRED WITH : Pinot Noir or Papi brand Sauvignon Blanc 3RD COURSE : Beouf Bourguignon - Slow braised beef in a red wine sauce with carrots, onions, and mushrooms served over garlic mashed potatoes PAIRED WITH : Cabernet Sauvignon - Baked red cherries, ripe boysenberries, spicy cinnamon, and mild clove with floral hints of violets. 4TH COURSE : Peach Blueberry Cobbler - Fresh peaches and local blueberries baked with cinnamon in a buttermilk shortbread crust topped with vanilla ice cream PAIRED WITH : Reisling - Fresh tropical fruit and peach notes This will be a private event (weather permitting) in the Helios Beer Garden. A personal bartender will be assisting to answer any questions about the wine, ingredients, pairing and the chef will also speak to the food. This will be a intimate, educational, delicious and of course fun experience.
