Boaters get ready, the 23rd annual Jacksonville Light Parade is coming up on Saturday November 29 at 7:00 p.m. on the downtown riverfront. Boaters are encouraged to decorate their watercrafts from bow to stern, from starboard to port side with lights and decorations. Fireworks will cap off the night immediately following the parade.
